DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charge is £14.00 inc VAT within the UK upto 10 kilos and 3 metres in lengh(excluding scottish highlands, Isles and Ireland).  For additonal weight, length and all other destinations, please contact the customer service team for prices.

RETURN POLICY

Customers wanting to return items can only do so within 7 days of delivery, but will incur a collection charge of £25.00 and the below conditions will apply:

1. The item must NOT be damaged (see CONDITIONS OF USE re: return of damaged goods)

2.The item is in it's original packaging

3.The item is returned with our offical collection note

WE CAN NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
